Hello i need assiatance regarding my complaint. It has not been dealt with.

@WelshPaul I had someone from this page mannage to break into my email without me providing any details, and get into my iD mobile app. So please forgive me if i seem impatient.

It’s unfortunate if someone contacted you from this community pretending to be from iD Mobile, and you engaged with them, but creating multiple topics here about it will just complicate things and lead to more stress and longer wait times.

 

If you raised an official complaint then support likely won’t engage in offering you support as a dedicated team will be dealing with your complaint. My advice would be to DM iD Mobile via one of their social channels and hopefully they can offer you some assistance.
