Dear Sir/Madam,
I received an SMS from LCS regarding an ID Mobile account. However, I would like to inform you that I have never used this account number and I did not receive the SIM card.
I reported this issue approximately 10 days ago to both the LCS helpline and the ID Mobile customer service team. As this account does not belong to me, I request that you investigate the matter and close the account immediately.
I am currently suffering from depression and I am not in a financial position to pay any amount relating to this SIM card. Therefore, please stop contacting me for payment and do not send any threatening messages while this matter is being investigated.
I would appreciate your confirmation that this issue is being resolved.
