DPD Lost My Parcel and won’t start an investigation

DPD lost my parcel and they won’t even cooperate or help me with it. I’ve been trying to get answers for over two weeks now, but no one is taking responsibility. The parcel had all my personal belongings and prescribed medication — I’m an international student who just came here for studies, and this has caused me a lot of stress.

 

I even asked my sender to raise an investigation, but DPD replied saying they can’t because it’s been more than 14 days, even though I’ve been contacting them constantly since the very beginning! They’re not even willing to locate the parcel, offer compensation, or take accountability. I even offered to pay extra charges if someone could just help me find it, but they refused. This level of negligence and lack of empathy is unbelievable.

This is totally irrelevant on an ID Mobile forum, as it doesn’t seem to relate a phone; moan on FACEBOOK or similar.
