Email received from IDMobile with contact number

Hello, 

 

I recently tried to upgrade my plan with IDMobile, but have had an email in response asking me to give you a call on 0333 052 5182. Before doing so, I want to check this is a genuine phone number for IDMobile and that it is not a scam as the email logo etc looks different from that of other emails you have sent me.
