faulty iphone 16 pro max see cover

Hi I just wounding if I have any cover with my phone as I brought on the 08/12/24 and it’s playing up and just wondering if it’s covered or could do a really early upgrade

I’m sorry to hear your phone is playing up I understand that’s frustrating.

 

📱 Insurance / cover

iD Mobile doesn’t include insurance as part of your plan as standard.
Cover is only in place if you’ve taken out a policy separately with a third-party insurer.

If you haven’t done this, then unfortunately the handset wouldn’t be covered for faults, damage, or replacement through insurance.

 

🔄 Early upgrade

In terms of upgrading, this can only be done once your account becomes eligible to upgrade.

We’re not able to process upgrades earlier than the date provided on your account, so this wouldn’t be possible at this stage.

 

How to check your upgrade eligibility in the iD Mobile app
1. Open the iD Mobile app
2. Log in using your iD Mobile account details
3. On the home screen, tap your mobile plan / number
4. Look for a section called “Upgrade” or “Your upgrade options”
5. If you’re eligible, it will show:

  • Available upgrade deals
  • The option to start upgrading your handset or plan
