Hi @Laurar99,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble finding your phone.

Could you let us know a little more about what's happened? For example, has the phone been lost, stolen, or is it simply misplaced?

Please don't share any personal or account information publicly. Once we know a bit more about the situation, we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.

Yes its been stolen but it never had the sim card in it. Is there any way of tracking it without the sim

Hi @Laurar99 ,

I do apologise however we unable to track the handset with or without the SIM in it if you have insurance this would be the time to claim for it . Please note that if you require a replacement SIM you will need to contact Live Chat or send a direct message via our social media platforms.
