I’ve logged a fraud case over a month ago, they cancelled the contract and opened a fraud investigation.
I’ve messaged live chat on numerous occasions for an update and they are utterly useless, repeating pre-written blocks of text completely irrelevant to what im asking. no Emial address to contact and im out of the country so cant call in becaude the 90 minute wait times cost a fortune.
i was told that i would have a resolution and an update within 30 days, its now been 37 days and not a word.
i need help here.
