ID mobile should be aware that the telephone customer service number that comes up in a Google search has been hacked. I was phone back by someone who upon reflection had someone used this number pretending the be ID mobile. I have taken security measures and cancelled my bank card but ID mobile needs to sort this out. It was v upsetting to say the least.

    Hi @maggieguy0321,

We're very sorry to hear this happened, and we understand how upsetting it must have been.

There is a possibility that the iD Mobile number was spoofed, making it appear as though the call was coming from us when it wasn't. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

For future reference, please never share your banking details, card number, security code (CVV), PINs or passwords over the phone, even if the caller appears to be from iD Mobile. We'll never ask you for this information.

We'd also be happy to check your account to make sure everything is okay.

I've just sent you a private message to help get this sorted.

To find it, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Private Messages.

You can also use this direct link to your inbox: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/inbox/overview

    We'll speak to you there.

    Thanks,
