I'm sorry to hear that someone contacted you and attempted to take money from your account.

If you haven't already done so, we'd strongly recommend reporting this to your bank immediately, particularly if you shared any personal, card or banking information. Your bank can help protect your account and advise on any further security measures that may be required.

As a reminder, iD Mobile will never ask for sensitive information such as your full bank details, PINs, passwords or one-time security codes.
