Fraudulent ID Mobile account

I am still listed as owing a debt for an ID Mobile contract I have nothing to do with. I have not been able to track down anyone in ID Mobile to discuss or to find out what the account is connected to and I now have a debt against my name that I cannot do anything about. 

I have reported this to the police and I have a fraud case file number, but no way seemingly of ridding myself of the link to this debt. Help!

Thanks Angeline. It has now been sorted as I managed to find a fraud number you operate. Your colleagues dealt with it really efficiently, found evidence of the fraud and have withdrawn the debt against my name.
