Fraudulent Phones in my name

2 phones were taken out fraudulently in my name and I found it on my credit report. I reported this to iD 15th Sept. They removed 1 phone but not the other so I am getting missed payments and my credit score is dropping. I keep calling but they just say I need to wait 30 days but it's been longer than 30 days now. I am applying for a mortgage so this is the worst time and they don't seem to care. Is anyone else having this issue?

I started a live chat at 7.30pm this evening and they kept telling me that they'll be with me shortly till the chat cut out at 8pm? So they obviously didn't want to help and just waited till the 8pm when the chat closes. The customer service I have recieved these past 2 months have not been great at all. I also had 2 phones taken out in my name at Vodafone and Tesco Mobile on the same day. Both these companies helped me quickly and removed all the phones and hard searches from my credit score. So why can't iD mobile do the same?

they obviously didn't want to help and just waited till the 8pm when the chat closes.

Maybe, just maybe they were busy dealing with other support requests who requested assistance before you did. Try again tomorrow.
