Why are gaming and gambling sites not blocked via adult content settings, why are id not more responsible in providing the means to do this.

    Hi @Ronson,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

Gambling websites are treated as age-restricted content. If Adult Content is blocked on your iD Mobile account, access to eligible gambling sites should also be restricted.

If you'd like to make sure Adult Content is turned off, you can do this by:

    • Logging into the iD Mobile app or My Account online.
    • Going to Services.
    • Selecting Manage Adult Content.
    • Turning Adult Content Off and saving the changes.

If you've already done this and you're still able to access gambling websites using your mobile data, please let us know and we'll be happy to investigate further.

    Regards,
