“I received a call claiming to be iD Mobile regarding an upgrade. The caller already had some of my details and asked for access to my Google/Gmail account. I became suspicious and ended the call. I also provided card details. I need you to check whether there has been any upgrade/order or changes made to my account and advise me whether my account is secure.”
