My phone is stolen and I need to submit a police report but I can’t find IMEI number since my phone is stolen. I got my phone through iD Mobile yet it seems like they don’t provide it on their website. What to do?

    Hi @mc1201

You can find your phone IMEI using the steps below:

    On your phone settings

    On Android (Samsung, Motorola, etc.):

    Go to Settings
    Tap About phone
    Tap Status or IMEI information

    On iPhone:

    Go to Settings
    Tap General
    Tap About
    Scroll down to find IMEI

On the device itself (physical check):

Some phones have the IMEI printed on the SIM tray or back of the device (this is less common on newer models)

    On the box:

If you still have the original packaging, the IMEI is usually printed on a label near the barcode
