How to get a number UNBLOCKED after I had incorrectly requested OFCOM to BLOCK it

REALLY URGENT: My wife received a call supposedly from her daughter. But she had called. It eas someone who had taken over her mobile number we think, becsuse the number calling history showed her number correctly. I checked up with OFCOM and was told to text the number to 7762 which I did.

i then realised that OFCOM would incorrectly be asking ID to block that number. It is just that someone else was impersonating her. So please can ID UNBLOCK that number ASAP, so we can urgently get in contact with each other.

We will need to private message both my wife’s number and the number to be unblocked. How can I do that?

I guess that our daughter will be taking up the problem separately with her mobile service provider.
