i think my number is being stolen

I have recently got a strange text from ID that says ' Hi *****, if you're activating a physical SIM card, it's already in progress. Using an eSIM? Simply follow the instructions in the email with your QR code to download it to your phone. We'll send you an SMS as soon as your SIM is ready to use. I ignored it before but now I am emergency calls only, obviously I haven't done anything that would result in my getting texts from ID mobile, any ideas on what I should do?
