id customer service

Good evening 

I'm just wondering the ID mobile customer service number 08085064765 is it correct customer service number?

As I called this number days ago and I was asked my bank details and security code,I told them all about my bank details,I'm quite worried about it.

    No, this is not an iD Mobile customer service number. We do not have a public customer service phone line. If you need account support, please contact us through Live Chat.

     

    As you've provided your bank details and security code to the caller, we strongly recommend that you contact your bank immediately to let them know what has happened. They can review your account, monitor for any suspicious activity, and advise if any further action is needed.

     

    We'd also recommend changing your iD Mobile account password as a precaution.

     

    Once you've done that, please contact our Live Chat team and ask them to add additional vigilance and security notes to your account.
