ID mobile customer fraud. Purchased phone not provided and zero help offered.

It appears that ID mobile have stolen and have no intention of providing the phone purchased as part of my new plan.

 

there have been a number of unhelpful live chat conversations.

 

what do I do prior to reporting the fraud ?

Been told that I would need to cancel my contract and then when asked about the reimbursement of monies spent to for the handset the conversation ended.

 

also been told that the handset delivery would be arranged as priority only to receive a subsequent lost and stolen email from ID.

ordered early August
