電話番号01501 527012についてお問い合わせいたします。

まず、この番号がIDMobileの社員のものかどうか確認していただけますか？

この番号から電話があり、契約が終了する可能性があると言われました。しかし、電話の内容はよく理解できませんでした。

重要な情報を確実に理解したいので、電話ではなくメールで情報を受け取りたいです。

どうすればよいか教えていただけますか？また、この件の詳細をメールで送っていただけるでしょうか？

I can confirm that 01501 527012 is not one of our iD Mobile contact numbers. We would not normally call you unless you had previously requested contact from us or a case had been logged on your behalf.

We would also never call unexpectedly and ask you to provide personal or banking information.

I’d recommend blocking the number. If you receive any calls in future that you’re unsure about, please end the call and get in touch with us directly so we can confirm whether the contact was genuine.
