Over the last couple of months I am receiving calls or texts from people who are claiming that I tried to call them and they missed the call. These are not people I know (not in my address book) and it seems they have genuinely missed a call from me. Is it possible my number is being spoofed and if so what can I do?

I am so sorry to learn that your number has been cloned. Kindly note that this is not something in our control however in cases like these we strongly advise our customers to do a number change. Kindly note that a change number costs £25 or we can do it for free if you can provide us with a crime reference number obtained from action fraud or the police.
