    Hi @slh,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this, especially during an already difficult time.

    If you believe your husband has access to or has mirrored your phone, we’d recommend securing the handset and the accounts connected to it as soon as it is safe for you to do so.

    If you’re using an iPhone, you can use the Safety Check feature by going to:

    Settings > Privacy & Security > Safety Check

    From there, you can review who has access to your information, stop location and information sharing, remove devices connected to your Apple Account, and update your password or passcode.

    If you’re using an Android device, we’d recommend changing your Google Account password, reviewing the devices currently signed into your account and removing anything you don’t recognise. We’d also recommend enabling 2-Step Verification.

    You should also change the passcode used to unlock your phone and review any location-sharing services that may be enabled.

    If you let us know which handset you’re using, without providing any personal or account information here, we can provide more specific steps.

    Regards,

    Hi @slh.

    Thank you for confirming the make and model of your device. I am sorry that you are going through this.

    If you suspect malicious spyware or unauthorized remote access continues, back up your essential data and perform a factory reset. By following the steps below;

    Navigate to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset)

    Thanks,

    Marquerita
