Is this normal for id mobile support?

Is it normal to have "customer support" send me 3 emails, two of which are blank, from a Gmail address? That seems incredibly unprofessional if that's how it's done.

No, this is not iD Mobile and please do not reply to these emails from ‘Irene Morgan’.

Please can you confirm the email address used to send these emails so I can report it to our fraud team?
