Absolutely stupid site ive just woke up to my notication that my wattsapp has been changed phone number wise and it turns out my id account was hacked and they got access to my number and sim through that.

No notifactions or warning on your side to let you know. Would of been nice to ask wether this was me doing all this. How do you make it so easy for some one to hack and access a sim.

Contact me ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Your account hasn’t been hacked. Whoever accessed your iD Mobile online account knew your password. There is a difference.

You need to start a live chat with iD Mobile support or reach out to their socials. You can do the former below:

(tell the bot you want to speak to a person)

No need to be sarcastic is there. It don't matter how they accessed the account, the fact is that it was so easy for them to change the sim and access my number within matter of minutes without any conformation or warnings from the company.

Thanks for your comment but if you got nothing useful to input just don't say anything.

Like i have all ready stated that the live chat is closed. So thats why im on here but dont seem to be any staff about.

So again thank you really very much for you comment..

I’m not being sarcastic. There is a difference, and I was simply pointing it out to anyone who stumbles across your post. Regardless, you could try reporting the SIM as lost or stolen on the number shown on the webpage below.

If all else fails, try DM’ing iD Mobile via their Socials (Facebook or Instagram), or email them at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk
