Hi there I have lost my phone and looking for a replacement to be send out for me please

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve lost your phone.

 

Unfortunately, we’re not able to arrange or send out replacement devices if your phone has been lost or stolen. If you took out insurance with your plan, you’ll need to contact your insurance provider directly to make a claim for a replacement handset, as they’ll be able to guide you through the process.

 

In the meantime, it’s really important to protect your account by blocking your SIM and handset as soon as possible. You can do this by logging into your iD Mobile account/app and reporting your phone as lost or stolen. This will block your SIM and prevent any unauthorised usage.

Hi I have now found my lost phone and SIM card, are you able to reactivate it because I cancelled it before and I want to continue using my ID Mobile SIM Card

Please note that we should be able to unblock the handset however if you disconnected the contract, you will not be able to reactive it.
