Lost sim and having difficulties ordering replacement from Thailand

I am currently in Thailand. I have lost my physical sim. I need to receive some text messages to my ID mobile phone number. Every time I try to access the id mobile website to use the live chat, I get a security issue. How can I organise getting a replacement sim (preferably an esim)?
