Missing Upgrade Phone

3 weeks and no DPD delivery for upgrade. ID mobile have charged my husband new contract price and the investigation seems to be going on much longer than they advised. They just do not seem to want to help! They will not allow us to cancel upgrade. So stuck on what we can do. Has anyone else had this and what was the outcome?
