My mother, 83, lost her phone and asked me to help. Was too easy to block the SIM and blacklist the phone, but impossible to get new sim because IDMoible want a selfie etc from a phone she doesn't have
My mother, 83, lost her phone and asked me to help. Was very easy to block the SIM and blacklist the phone, but impossible to get new SIM because IDMoible want a selfie etc from a phone she doesn't have.
All the security questions were asked and answered, but IDM requested photos of a driving licence and a selfie. This is not possible for her to get.
Since the security was passed, why can’t a SIM be posted to the address on file?
