my number maybe cloned

I think my number maybe cloned, over the last 6 to 8 weeks I keep getting calls from people who have had a missed call from me, all people I do not know. I have not made the calls, roughly about 20 calls so far. Is there any advice out there with what to do.

    Sorry to hear this has been happening, we can understand how concerning and frustrating it must be to receive calls from people saying they’ve had missed calls from your number. This is known as spoofed calls. 

     

    In situations like this, the only way we’re able to fully resolve the issue is by processing a number change on the account. This would mean you’d lose your current mobile number and be issued a new one instead. Please also note that there is a £25 charge for a number change.

     

    If you’d like to go ahead with this, just let us know and we can advise on the next steps for getting it arranged.
