 im still paying for it! insurance wont accept my id mobile receipt what do i do?

I am so sorry to hear that your phone was stolen. 

 

Are you able to confirm why your insurance rejected your claim. With regards to the charges, please do note that whilst the plan is in contract, you are liable for all charges, when the time comes that you are eligible to upgrade or have completed your contract term, you would have the option to either cancel or upgrade.

 

In the meantime, you are also able to get in touch with live chat (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat) to request a replacement SIM so that you still have access to your iD Mobile services.
