Number showing as possible Spam

I've just been told that my number is coming up as suspected spam - which explains why a few people haven't answered my calls lately. How do I get this tag removed? I only use my phone for personal calls so don't see why this could have happened?

I’m sorry to hear your number is being incorrectly displayed as suspected spam.

This type of label is generally applied by the caller ID or spam protection service being used on the recipient’s handset, rather than being something attached to your iD Mobile account. For example, Samsung’s Smart Call service uses Hiya to identify and flag suspected spam numbers.

If the people seeing the warning are using Samsung devices, you can report your number as being incorrectly labelled directly to Hiya and request that they review it: https://www.hiya.com/en-gb/support

Select the option to report a call that has been incorrectly labelled or blocked as spam.

It may also be worth asking anyone who receives your call as suspected spam to mark your number as not spam on their handset, where that option is available.

Unfortunately, this isn’t a label that iD Mobile can remove directly from your number.
