PAC Fraud- what can I do to keep everything safe while it gets sorted out? (if it gets sorted out)

PAC FRAUD on my ID mobile account.
I received a text at 5.30pm last night to say my number was being ported to Lyca mobile- this was NOT requested by me......I  was working until 8pm Then no way to contact anyone until 9am. Was on the chat at 9am on the dot- too late.
Nothing can be done. No one will speak with me. Worried sick about my banking/email EVERYTHING on my mobile phone. PLEASE tell me what I can do to best keep my phone and my identity safe.  Tearing my hair out 😭😭😭

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve been a victim of fraud. I completely understand how worrying that can be.

As a precaution, I’d recommend that you immediately update the passwords for your banking, email, and any other online services you use. Please also contact Action Fraud as soon as possible to report the incident — you can reach them on 0800 049 0250.
