We can confirm that this is not a legitimate iD Mobile sales number. As a general rule, iD Mobile will never contact you out of the blue to offer an upgrade unless you've specifically requested a call from us.

We'd recommend:

• Not providing any personal or account information
• Not sharing any security or verification codes
• Blocking the number
• Reporting it as spam/scam on your device

If you're ever unsure about a call claiming to be from iD Mobile, it's always best to hang up and contact us directly through our official channels.
