Hi, trying to sell my old phone to Mazuma but it has been flagged as device blocked/blacklisted by Hutchison 3G UK Ltd - United Kingdom. I assume this was because I raised a fraud query a few months back due to a billing issue.
How can I get this flag removed so I can sell my phone?

Hi @Blwcdenn,

If the phone has been flagged as blocked/blacklisted by Hutchison 3G UK Ltd (Three), you'll need to contact the company that applied the block to discuss having it removed.

As the block appears to be registered against Three's records, they'll be best placed to investigate why it was applied and whether it can be lifted.

If the block was added following a fraud or security query, they may need to carry out further checks before making any changes.
