Physical SIM marked as delivered but not received. Request for temporary eSIM

My physical SIM card was due to he delivered by Royal Mail today. The tracking status shows that it has been delivered, but the delivery photo is extremely close-up and unclear. So I cant truly tell if that was proof it was even delivered to my building.

i checked the delivery location in my building as soon as I got the email from Royal Mail, but I couldn’t find the package. I’ve also trued and I’m still trying to contact royal mail but I havent been able to get through.

As I currently dont have access to my SIM, Could you please issue me an eSIM as a temporary solution while another SIM Card is delivered again to me.

I tried following the steps but it’s sending a code to the new number. I dont have a sim card to do the code verification.
