The number 0800 049 0250 is an iD Mobile number, it’s completely safe.

I had several calls from this number asking for my card number and security number off the back… when I wanted to upgrade. Finally got through to complaint depart who said they would not ask this and it was scammers so now surprised it’s their number… I’ve changed provider.

Instead of helping me upgrade they continued to charge me for my usage and I got a bill for £82 on a £7 plan
