If you ever receive a call claiming to be from iD Mobile and feel uncertain for any reason, we would always recommend ending the call and contacting us directly through one of our official platforms, such as Live Chat or here on the iD Community. This allows you to verify any information safely with a member of our team.

We'd also like to remind you never to provide personal or financial information, such as bank details, passwords, or security information, over an unsolicited call. This is not something we would ask for in this manner.

Please note that iD Mobile will not generally contact customers by phone unless a call has been specifically requested or arranged. If you receive an unexpected call claiming to be from us, it is always best to exercise caution and verify it through our official channels.
