If you were not expecting a call and are unsure about the number, we would strongly recommend not providing any personal or account information over the phone, additionally, iD Mobile would never ask you for sensitive banking details during an unexpected call, should anyone ever contact and ask for this information.

While iD Mobile may occasionally contact customers regarding their accounts or orders, if you are ever unsure whether a call is genuine, it’s always best to be cautious. We’d recommend blocking the number and reporting it as suspicious if you believe it may be a scam or spam call.
