I m truly fed up now i have told my story to so many different people I finally spoke with a guy called Luka who assured me o would get the phone we agreed a Samsung 26 ultra 256 .after spending a day traveling to my local store which takes 3 hours travel time at 6 pm last we hurriedfinally agree a delivery ..after all the chasing about and spending hours on the phone to your various agents  I have ended up not with the phone we agrred .I really feel I have been scammed yet again as this how it all started 6 weeks ago .I am going to report this all to.the police anti fraud unit as this is totally unacceptable
