    Hi @Govinda Sah,

I’m sorry to hear about this. As you’ve received unexpected password change emails and the caller obtained your personal details, we’d recommend contacting our Live Chat team as soon as possible so they can check your account for any suspicious activity and make sure it remains secure.

In the meantime, we’d strongly recommend:

    • Change your iD Mobile account password immediately to something unique.
    • Do not share any one-time passcodes, passwords, PINs or banking information with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.
    • Keep an eye on your emails and account for any changes, orders or requests you don’t recognise.
    • If you receive another suspicious call claiming to be from iD Mobile, end the call rather than providing further information.
    • Contact your bank immediately if you provided any banking or card information.

Please also mention the SIM-only deal you purchased through Mobile.co.uk when speaking with Live Chat so they can distinguish this genuine order from any activity you don’t recognise.

    Regards,
