I would like to raise an alarm about scammers on this platform.

Yesterday I raised a complain about my id mobile data

This morning I got an email from Irene bellow is the email asking me the time to call also with the number to contact

I did not respond to the email only to be called on my EE contact

The male indian man asked got in touch and he was even seeing my Gmail account and my id mobile number

He asked me if I can share the verification code he sent

I then asked him were he got my number and he could not give me the correct number

Please be aware I now doubt if this platform is for ID mobile.

Last year I was scammed on this platform again after I failed to pay my contract online someone called me pretending to be supporting team member.

    In this case, the clue is in the email address. Seriously, do people think a major telecommunications company uses Gmail to communicate with its customers?

    Scammers are constantly active online. It’s our responsibility, both yours and mine, to stay vigilant.

    I have no affiliation whatsoever with iD Mobile or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. Did my comment help answer your question? If so, don't forget to mark the response as the Most Helpful Answer.

    @Bertharsha0203 -

    Thank you for raising the issue. Please ignore the email from Irene Morgan, she is not part of the iD Mobile team. I have sent you a Private Message with more information.
