I’ve had three people recently call to say I’ve tried calling them when I haven’t. I’m not sure how to stop this?

    Hi @Alialiali10

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm very sorry to hear that your mobile number appears to have been cloned. I understand how concerning this must be, especially when other people are receiving calls that you haven't made.

Unfortunately, number cloning is not something iD Mobile is able to prevent or control. In situations like this, we strongly recommend changing your mobile number to help reduce the risk of further issues.

Please note that a number change normally costs £25. However, if you can provide a crime reference number issued by Action Fraud or the police, we can arrange the number change free of charge.

If you've already reported the issue, please provide the relevant crime reference number and we'll be happy to assist you with the number change.
