Thank you for offering your help.
I have finally managed to sort it myself by calling the complaints department 08000492402
It took a long time as I had to keep on phoning them back as they were feeding me wrong information,
In the end I called 101 and spoke with the police and they gave me an action number. I then called the Complaints Department who finally changed my telephone number. Will get the new number in a couple of days.
