Hi @Lynn_dee. I’m Matt, the iD Community Manager. 👋

As mentioned before, we at iD Mobile can only block the IMEI that was used with the SIM or eSIM (IMEI 1). I would also advise you mark the phone as Lost with Apple themselves, as they can block the phone on a software level. Here’s how to do that:

  1. Open a web browser on any computer, tablet, or phone and go to iCloud.com/find.

  2. Sign in using the Apple ID and password associated with your missing iPhone.

  3. Click on All Devices at the top of the screen and select your missing iPhone from the drop-down list.

  4. An information window will appear for the device. Click on Mark As Lost.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions. You will be asked if you want to leave a contact phone number and a custom message on the lock screen. Note: If you are certain it was stolen, it is often best to just lock it and not provide additional personal contact details to the thief.

  6. Click Activate to lock it down.

Your iPhone is immediately locked with its passcode, securing all your data. Any credit or debit cards linked to Apple Pay on that device are instantly suspended. If the phone was offline, it will temporarily turn on location tracking the moment it connects to a network. And Activation Lock will remains active in the background, meaning the thief cannot factory reset and sell the phone as a usable device; it will always demand your Apple ID password.

Thanks.
