How to block sim when phone stolen

    In the meantime, you can block your handset and SIM through your iD Mobile account:

     

    • Log in to My Account (or the iD Mobile app)
    • Go to My Services → Lost or Stolen
    • Select Prevent your phone or SIM from being used
    • Choose Block SIM and click Confirm
