I lost my phone and have had to get various documents for my insurance company. I have went through the live chat agents 3 times and each time ive been told to wait 48 hours and i have received nothing. I’ve even gone to my local Curry’s but they are adamant they can not help. I need my proof of usage document for my lost phone, how do i solve this?
