Hello,

 

 

 

I have complained to iD mobile regarding a serious fraud incident on this community page that i was involved in... 

 

This fraud complaint has been open for over a week! I need a staff member to respond to me asap please!

An iD Mobile Employee may or may not respond to you on here with regards to your post.

Your best option is to contact the iD Mobile team to get to the bottom of this.

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

Hi ​@Decembersangel72,

I have done all this and I am getting nowhere!

 

Someone om this page managed to hack my email and iD mob app i DID NOT give them any OTP codes or anything.

 

I have conplained to iD mob over 1 5 weeks ago and they told me they woukd contact the Com page mannager.... it feels like they dont want to deal with the complaint
