How do I claim my Free Gift, Cashback or Gift Card?

Did you score a tech treat with your new phone or SIM? Whether it's a free gadget, cashback, or a gift card, here is how to get your hands on it.

 

How do I claim my Free Gift?

 

There are two ways you might receive your gift:

  • With your order: If your gift was listed in your basket at checkout, it will be delivered in the same box as your phone. Easy!
  • Claim after purchase: If the gift wasn't in your basket, you'll likely need to claim it from the manufacturer directly.

Please note: You'll usually need your proof of purchase and IMEI number to make a claim. Your IMEI can be found on your phone's box or by dialling *#06# on your keypad.

 

How do I claim my Cashback?

 

This depends on who is offering the cashback:

  • Manufacturer Cashback (e.g. Samsung, Google): You need to claim this directly from them. Visit our Offers & Promos page for the claim links and T&Cs.
  • Retailer Cashback (e.g. Mobiles.co.uk, e2save): You must claim via the retailer you bought the phone from. Check their website for specific instructions.
  • TopCashback & Quidco: These are tracked automatically. It can take a few months for the cash to appear in your account. You can check your TopCashback account here.
  • Refer a Friend: This is powered by Aklamio. It tracks automatically but can take up to 120 days. Check your referrals here.

 

How do I claim my Gift Card?

 

Most gift cards are sent automatically via email, but patience is key, they can take up to 120 days (4 months) to arrive.

If you bought through a third-party site like MoneySavingExpert or USwitch, your gift card is fulfilled by them (often via GiftCloud), not iD Mobile. Please check their specific terms for delivery times.
