Waiting for a reward to arrive? We know it’s frustrating when things don’t turn up on time. Since most of our offers are managed by partners or manufacturers, the fix depends on what you are missing. Here is who you need to contact to get it sorted:
Please note: If you bought your plan via a comparison site (like USwitch, MoneySavingExpert, or MoneySuperMarket), your offer is likely managed by them, not us. Please check their original confirmation email for support links.
I’m missing a Free Gift.
If your gift wasn't in the box with your phone, you likely needed to claim it online first.
- Did you submit a claim? check the Offers & Promos page to see if your offer required a claim and if the window is still open.
- Track it: If you've already claimed, use the tracking link in the confirmation email sent by the manufacturer.
- Contact them: If it's late or missing, please contact the manufacturer directly:

I’m missing Cashback.
If your money hasn't landed yet, here is who to chase:
- Manufacturer Cashback (e.g. Samsung): Just like free gifts, these are managed by the manufacturer. Please use the contact details in the table above.
- Retailer Cashback: If you bought from Mobiles.co.uk or e2save, you must contact their support teams directly.
- TopCashback / Quidco: If your tracked purchase hasn't paid out, you need to lodge a missing claim ticket via their site.
- Refer a Friend: These rewards are handled by Aklamio. If it's been over 120 days, email them at customer-service@aklamio.com.
Please note: Our Live Chat team cannot help with Cashback claims as these are managed by external partners.
I’m missing a Gift Card.
Gift cards (like Currys or Amazon vouchers) can take up to 120 days (4 months) to arrive via email. Be sure to check your Junk or Spam folders.
If you bought your plan through a third party (like MoneySavingExpert or USwitch), iD Mobile does not send the voucher. You need to contact the affiliate network directly:
- Email: uk-idmobile-queries@awin.com
- Include your Order Number and purchase date.
