Yes, you can use the same personal details (name, address, date of birth, etc.) for multiple iD Mobile accounts. This is quite common, especially when managing plans for family members, and it will also allow you to view and manage both accounts from a single login once they’re linked.
To add an additional number to your account, please follow these steps:
On the Home screen, tap “View your plans” in the top right
Tap “Add new plan”
Enter the mobile number you wish to add (must start with 07 and be 11 digits long)
Enter the account holder’s last name and date of birth, then tap Next
A one-time passcode will be sent via SMS to the number you’re adding
Enter the 8-digit code in the boxes shown on screen
Once completed, both plans will be linked under your account for easy management.
