I have transferred to ID mobile - the Pac number worked but i have another number attached to it from before it got switched over which is the temporary number ID provided until the switch. Its not allowing me to remove or delete this number SO I have 2 numbers. i cant make any outgoing calls and it keeps trying to use the temporary number. how do i remove this temporary number so its all on my one number ?

Hi, I’m sorry you’re having trouble with your temporary number. To fix this:
iPhone:
Settings > Phone > My Number – make sure your main number is listed. Remove the temporary number if it’s there.
Settings > Messages – turn iMessage OFF, then Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Restart your phone and turn iMessage ON again.
Android:
Settings > SIM cards & Mobile Networks > SIM settings – make sure only your permanent number is active.
Restart your phone.
If this doesn’t work, try your SIM in another phone.

It still isn’t working. It doesn’t allow me to delete the number. I am on iPhone.
I have a little 8 square grid in the top right hand corner as opposed to seeing 3G or 4G, do you know what this means?
